Extensión del área solicitada. El área máxima que podrá solicitar el interesado en legalizar la actividad mediante el método de minidragas de motores hasta de 60 caballos de fuerza, es la señalada en el artículo 64 de la Ley 685 de 2001 sobre área en corrientes de agua. No obstante, el área a otorgar quedará supeditada a lo que se disponga en el título minero.
