No se permitirá el expendio de licores destilados o de bebidas alcohólicas o fermentadas, de las seis de la tarde a las seis de la mañana, ni los domingos y días de fiesta nacional o religiosa. Esta prohibición no comprende las cervezas cuya proporción alcohólica no exceda del 4 por 100, siempre que contengan la cantidad de extractos que correspondan a aquella proporción de alcohol.
