Modificar el inciso primero del Artículo 1.2.1.2.13 del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “ARTÍCULO 1.2.1.2.13. Reconocimiento de costos de estructuración con cargo a recursos de inversión del Sistema General de Regalías. Para que opere el reconocimiento de costos de estructuración a las entidades públicas financieras del orden nacional o territorial o personas jurídicas de derecho privado con cargo a recursos de inversión del Sistema General de Regalías, la entidad que presenta el proyecto deberá revisar, además de lo previsto en el presente Decreto, los lineamientos y requisitos definidos por la Comisión Rectora del Sistema General de Regalías.”
