Los Oficiales, Auditores, y Oficiales de Sanidad del Ejército de tierra trasladados a la Armada se inscribirán en los respectivos escalafones de ésta con sus grados equivalentes y con la antigüedad que tengan en la fecha del traslado, siempre que llenen los requisitos de esta Ley.
