°. Toda persona natural o jurídica que con destino a la venta al público produzca alimentos para animales, deberá proveerse de licencia que lo acredite como productor.

Parágrafo

Para efectos del presente Decreto, se entiende como alimentos para animales los siguientes: concentrados, piensos compuestos, o premezclas, premezclas o minerales, y sales mineralizantes.
