º. Cuando el cargo de Secretario General del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional sea desempeñado por un Oficial en servicio activo, sus haberes se liquidarán y pagarán en la siguiente forma
Las primas que como militar le correspondan, y
El sueldo en cuantía que sumado con las primas anteriores, iguale en todo tiempo a la asignación de un Secretario General de Ministerio.
