Art. 59. A todos los contrabandistas especificados en los ordinales 1º, 2º, 4º, 5º, 6º, 7º, y 11 del artículo anterior se les aplicará, en caso de reincidencia, la pena de arresto, que puede ser convertida en prisión, desde uno hasta cinco años, según el número de reincidencias.
