- INCORPORACION DE LAS NORMAS DICTADAS EN DESARROLLO DE LAS FACULTADES OTORGADAS POR LA LEY 35 DE 1993 Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo siguiente, el presente Estatuto incorpora y sustituye los Decretos 654, 655 y 656, todos del 1o. de abril de 1993, en virtud de los cuales se ejercieron las facultades extraordinarias otorgadas al Gobierno Nacional por los artículos 19, 36 y 38 de la Ley 35 de 1993.
