Art. 3.° Cuando algun individuo no pueda comprobar la condicion de esclavo a otro que está en su servidumbre, la junta declarará libre a este, i pasará copia de lo conducente a la autoridad judicial respectiva para el juzgamiento de aquel i su consiguiente castigo.
