Régimen legal. Para todos los efectos legales, las personas que presten sus servicios a la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar tendrán el carácter de trabajadores oficiales. No obstante lo anterior, tienen calidad de empleados públicos el Gerente General, los Subgerentes, el Jefe de la Auditoría de Control Interno y quienes ejerzan actividades de manejo y confianza.
