Art. 2.° Se prohibe la introducción al Departamento de Panamá y su circulación en él de las monedas de plata extranjeras á una ley inferior á 0,900, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3.° de la Ley 36 dé 1886, lo mismo que de las de nikel y cobre de todas denominaciones, inclusive las nacionales.
