Art. 2.º La extension latitudinal de los mencionados terrenos se demarcará así: de la desembocadura del riachuelo (Cupica) hasta la cima de la cordillera; recorriendo el curso de ésta, hácia el Sud, hasta colocarse al frente del nacimiento de la quebrada Utría, y el curso de ésta hasta su desembocadura al Pacífico.
