Las declaraciones que sobre origen y procedencia hagan quienes vendan los metales preciosos a que se refiere esta ley, se presumen bajo la gravedad de juramento. En los formularios que para el efecto elaboren los municipios productores o la autoridad minera nacional, se establecerá tal calidad de la declaración.
