Auxíliase con diez mil pesos ($ 10,000.00) la celebración del Segundo Congreso Jurídico Nacional, que se reunirá en la capital de la República en el mes de agosto del presente año, bajo los auspicios de la Academia Colombiana de Jurisprudencia, para contribuir a solemnizar la conmemoración cuadricentenaria de la fundación de la ciudad de Bogotá.
