°. Aplicación. Lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° del presente acto administrativo aplicará para los subsidios familiares de vivienda de interés social para áreas urbanas en la modalidad de adquisición de vivienda nueva que se asignen por el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (Fonvivienda), con posterioridad a la entrada en vigencia de este decreto.
