Modifícase el literal f) del artículo 76 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " f) Manifestación bajo la gravedad del juramento de la persona natural o representante legal de la persona jurídica, en el sentido de que ni ella, ni sus representantes o socios, han sido sancionados con cancelación de la autorización para el desarrollo de la actividad de que se trate y en general por violación dolosa a las normas penales, durante los cinco (5) años anteriores a la presentación de la solicitud ".
