º CRITERIOS PARA IMPONER LAS MULTAS. Dentro de los límites señalados por la ley y el presente Reglamento, el funcionario competente aplicará las multas según la naturaleza, la gravedad y modalidades de la infracción, los antecedentes en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de los Seguros Sociales y la capacidad económica del infractor. Los reembolsos del valor de las prestaciones asistenciales se efectuarán en la forma señalada en los artículos 12 y 66 del presente Estatuto Legal.
