Para la fundación de un centro de lucha anticancerosa en Antioquia, se habrá de funcionar en uno de los pabellones del Hospital de San Vicente la ciudad de Medellín, la Nación contribuirá con la cantidad de cincuenta mil pesos para la compra de un grano de Ràdium-elemento y una aparato de roenigenterapia profunda. Esta suma figurara en el presupuesto de la vigencia de mil novecientos treinta y ocho como subvención al Instituto Nacional de Radio, y para la fundación de la filial de dicho Instituto en el Departamento de Antioquia.
