Contra las resoluciones que dicte la Dirección Nacional de Valorización proceden los siguientes recursos por la vía gubernamental. El de reposición, ante la Dirección Nacional de valorización, y el de apelación, para ante el Ministerio de Obras Publicas. El recurso de apelación podrá interponerse directamente o como subsidiario del de reposición, y si se concede se hará en efecto devolutivo.
