Artículo cuarto. El Gerente de la Sociedad o la persona que él designe, gestionará ante las autoridades departamentales y municipales, las exoneraciones de impuesto tanto para la Empresa Colombiana de Turismo S.A. como para las obras que esta construya en virtud de la autorización consagrada en el Artículo 1o. del Decreto No. 0272 de 1957. Estas exoneraciones no deben ser inferiores a los cinco (5) años a partir de la vigencia del Decreto No. 0272 de 1957.
