Art. 8.º El que traspasare los límites fijados en la respectiva licencia, pagará una multa de ciento a mil pesos, i el que esplotare un bosque sin previa licencia, será juzgado conforme a las leyes, i responderá, ademas, del valor de las sustancias que haya estraido.
