Art 1° Decláranse libres del pago de los derechos de importación los siguientes artículos destinados al servicio público de la ciudad de Cartagena:

Cuatro muestras de vidrio traslucido de un metro y cincuenta centímetros;

Treinta y seis vidrios ordinarios de color rojo, propios para los faroles del alumbrado público.
