Remuneración y cómputo de horas de clase a Oficiales y Suboficiales no Escalafonados como Profesores Militares. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales que sean nombrados para dictar clases en las Escuelas de Formación o Capacitación de las Fuerzas Militares, sin que tengan la categoría de profesores militares, se considerarán como profesores de Quinta Categoría para los efectos de remuneración y cómputo de horas de clase dictadas. Si el nombramiento es para la Escuela Superior de Guerra, se considerarán como profesores de Tercera Categoría para los mismos efectos.
