Capitalización de los pasivos laborales. La capitalización de los pasivos laborales podrá realizarla el acreedor del crédito, previa autorización del correspondiente Director Territorial del Ministerio del Trabajo, quien verificará que el acuerdo se realice de conformidad con lo previsto en el inciso cuarto del artículo 40 de la Ley 550 de 1999.
