º . Ordenamiento de todos los folios . Antes de presentar ante la Registraduría los documentos donde consten los apoyos a una iniciativa legislativa y normativa o a una solicitud de referendo, éstos deberán ser ordenados numéricamente de tal forma que se pueda establecer claramente el número total de folios entregados. En caso de que los promotores hubieren recibido apoyos por correo, los folios correspondientes serán integrados al total de formularios e igualmente numerados.
