De la demanda para que venda o se adjudique la cosa dada en prenda o hipoteca o para que se subasten mercaderías a fin de pagar a un porteador según el artículo 310 del Código de Comercio, se da traslado al demandado por tres días, previniéndole que si no contesta se tendrán como probados los hechos de la demanda.
