º . El Director de la Junta Central de Contadores, mediante resolución, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente decreto y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura, las necesidades del servicio y los planes y programas de la entidad.
