De la contratación de servicios públicos . Con el objeto de desarrollar las Zonas Francas, las empresas de servicios públicos a solicitud del usuario operador venderán en bloque los servicios tales como de energía, acueducto, gas y telecomunicaciones. También podrán desarrollarse dentro del área de la respectiva Zona Franca estos servicios para que sean prestados por parte de los usuarios.
