Para los efectos previstos en el artículo anterior, entiéndese por asignación mensual que por todo concepto corresponda a los Senadores y Representantes, no sólo la asignación básica, sino las sumas correspondientes a gastos de representación, prima de localización y vivienda, prima de transporte, prima de salud, y toda otra asignación de la que ellos gozaren mensualmente.
