Derechos y Obligaciones Litigiosas . El Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre - COLDEPORTES, seguirá con el trámite y representación de las acciones constitucionales, procesos judiciales, contencioso administrativos, ordinarios, ejecutivos y administrativos en los que sea parte el Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, COLDEPORTES, hasta su culminación y archivo, y asumirá las obligaciones derivadas de los mismos.
