Cuando Al Terminar El Curso El Alumno Perdiere Tres O Más Materias, El Curso Se Considera Perdido

Cuando al terminar el Curso el alumno perdiere tres o más materias, el Curso se considera perdido. Igual cosa sucede cuando el alumno perdiere una o las dos materias de la habilitación.

Parágrafo

Al Oficial que por comisión del Gobierno adelantare Curso Universitario y que perdiere tres (3) o más materias en el año lectivo, le será suspendida la comisión de estudios universitarios.
