Lo dispuesto en este Título no se aplicará a los establecimientos de crédito, cualquiera que sea su denominación, a las compañías de seguros, a las sociedades administradoras de inversión, a las sociedades de capitalización y ahorro y a las demás que estén sometidas a un régimen especial de liquidación administrativa, las cuales no estarán sometidas a concordato preventivo ni a la declaración de quiebra.
