Abrese al presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia de 1901 y 1902, el siguiente crédito extraordinario: DEPARTAMENTO DE GUERRA Capitulo 45 - (gastos varios) Articulo 294 A. para pagar a los señores arriba nombrados ó á sus representantes lo que se les adeude por fincas y derechos vendidos al Gobierno por conducto del Ministerio de Guerra, $ 32,000 Publíquese.
