Art. 1° Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia económica de 1885 á 1886 el siguiente crédito adicional:

Departamento de Obras públicas, capítulo 1°, edificios de la Nación.

Para pagar varios servicios prestados durante la vigencia de 1885 á 1886 en este Departamento y para legalizar otros, $4,000.
