Artículo primero. El Artículo 11 de la Ley 90 de 1946 quedará así: "El Gerente General será nombrado por el Presidente de la República para un periodo de un año, de terna presentada por el Consejo Directivo y elegida por éste con el voto de las dos terceras partes, por lo menos, de los miembros que lo integran. El Consejo Directivo podrá exigir la presentación de una nueva terna cuando considere que los candidatos no reúnen las condiciones para el desempeño del cargo".
