Articulo 3 º. El Gobierno Nacional hará los reajustes de pensiones cada tres (3) años teniendo en cuenta la variación de salarios registrada en ese periodo, de conformidad con el porcentaje (%) de variación que fije el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social.
