Artículo noveno. La Procuraduría podrá, en cualquier tiempo, exigir la comprobación de las condiciones personales determinadas en la ley para el ejercicio de un cargo, siempre que no hubieren sido previamente calificados. Igualmente deberá pedir a quien corresponda, en cualquier tiempo, la declaración de nulidad de todo nombramiento que hubiere sido hecho contra la ley.
