Artículo cuarto. Dentro de los primeros quince (15) días calendario de cada mes, las fabricas productoras de cervezas deberán consignar en la Pagaduría del Servicio Seccional de Salud correspondiente, el valor de los recaudos provenientes del 8% del impuesto de que trata el artículo primero de este Decreto, causados en el mes inmediatamente anterior, acompañando al efecto la declaración de que trata el artículo 7° del Decreto 294 de 1969.
