A partir del 1° de enero del año 2026 y atendiendo la categorización establecida en la Ley 617 de 2000, modificada por la Ley 1551 de 2012, el límite máximo salarial mensual que deberán tener en cuenta los Concejos Municipales y Distritales para establecer el salario mensual del respectivo Alcalde será:
