Los Fondos Ganaderos sin excepción, tendrán un término de un (1) año, contado a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, para implementar la compraventa de la totalidad del ganado que negocie, mediante el pesaje a través de básculas. De esto el Revisor Fiscal, informará trimestralmente a la entidad que ejerza el control y vigilancia del respectivo Fondo Ganadero.
