° Operaciones internas. Salvo autorización expresa en contrario ningún contrato, convenio u operación que se celebre entre residentes se considerará operación de cambio. En consecuencia, las obligaciones que se deriven de tales contratos, convenios u operaciones, deberán cumplirse en moneda legal colombiana.
