Las Maquinarias O Equipos Importados En Las Condiciones Previstas En El Presente Decreto Podrán Ser Preexportadas Al Vencimiento Del Plazo Fijado Por La Oficina De Registro De Cambios En La Licencia De Importación Temporal

º. Las maquinarias o equipos importados en las condiciones previstas en el presente Decreto podrán ser preexportadas al vencimiento del plazo fijado por la Oficina de Registro de Cambios en la licencia de importación temporal. Los plazos serán prorrogados mediante certificación favorable que para este objeto se obtenga del Ministerio de Fomento.

Parágrafo

Para el cumplimiento de la obligación de exportación, los interesados constituirán una garantía bancaria ante la Oficina de Registro de Cambios.
