El presente Decreto establece las faltas administrativas en que pueden incurrir en desarrollo de sus actividades, las Sociedades de Certificación o quienes ejerzan dicha actividad sin la respectiva autorización e inscripción, así como las sanciones aplicables y el procedimiento a seguir, según el caso.
