Los indígenas del Valle de Sibundoy tienen un término de ocho meses para establecer sus respectivas acciones ante el Tribunal de arbitramento a que se refiere el artículo 8 de esta Ley.

Parágrafo

Corresponde al Departamento de Nariño el pago del abogado que nombren los indígenas del Valle de Sibundoy, y al Gobierno Nacional la fijación del sueldo u honorarios de dicho Abogado.
