Artículo único. El artículo 12 del Decreto legislativo número 2831 del 8 de noviembre de 1952 se aplicará a las sociedades anónimas constituidas antes o después de la fecha de vigencia del mencionado Decreto. El presente Decreto rige desde la fecha de su expedición y quedan suspendidas las disposiciones legales que le sean contrarias. Cúmplase y publíquese.
