La muerte del procesado extingue la acción penal. La muerte del condenado extingue los efectos de la sentencia y todas las consecuencias penales de la condena pero no impedir a que se lleve a cabo el decomiso, ni que se haga efectiva ante la Justicia civil, la indemnización de perjuicios.
