Para que atiendan al desarrollo y mejoramiento de sus servicios públicos, se concede un auxilio de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00), que se incluirán en los Presupuestos venideros, a los Municipios de Versalles, Cairo, Argelia, El Aguila, Dovio, Ulloa, La Victoria, en el Departamento del Valle del Cauca.
