Art. 7.° En los lugares en donde hay Oficina telegráfica y Administración subalterna de correos á la vez, se refundirán en una sola dichas Oficinas, desempeñadas por el respectivo Telegrafista.Se exceptúan aquellas Oficinas en que existan aparatos de traslación y que estén actualmente separadas de las de correos; y además las siguientes: Facatativá, La Mesa, Honda, Zipaquirá y Chiquinquirá.
