° Los cargos señalados en el artículo anterior podrán ser desempeñados por personal militar perteneciente a cualesquiera de las Fuerzas Militares y Policía Nacional y la remuneración fijada a los mismos se rige por la escala prevista en el Decreto-ley número 232 de 1977 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
