° Para atender a las necesidades de la campaña antituberculosa el Gobierno incluirá en el Presupuesto de cada vigencia, una cantidad no menor de trescientos mil pesos ($3000.000). Esta apropiación la hará el Gobierno durante diez años consecutivos.
